Instutional Policy

1. Administrative Policy:
  • Decentralization of faculty and the other member of society are done for the hassle free working. The institute has constituted GB and CDC as per the guidelines and norms . The policies decided in GB and CDC are implemented through the principal and deliberating responsibilities to various institutional committees/In-charges.
  • Faculty and staff recruitment conducted as per PCI and State Government norms.
  • Annual budgets, audited financial statements, and utilization certificates maintained.
  • Policies related to admission, attendance, assessment, anti-ragging, grievance redressal, sexual harassment, and discipline are documented and accessible.
  • Use of ERP/LMS, official emails, and institutional website for notices, circulars, and records..
2. Students Concern Policy:
  • Admission process strictly implemented as per PCI / State CET Cell / University norms. No capitation fee or hidden charges.
  • Academic calendar shared at the beginning of the every academic year.
  • Syllabus, course outcomes, and evaluation scheme explained to students.
  • Availability of mentoring system for academic guidance.
  • Scholarship and freeship information shared in advance.
  • Students are regularly upgraded by industrial training, hospital training, and internship.
  • Important notices shared through notice boards, website, and official groups.
3. Exam Department Policy:
  • The academic calendar and examination timetable are prepared in advance and displayed on the institute notice board and official website.
  • Examination rules, attendance requirements, internal assessment criteria, and passing norms are clearly communicated to students at the beginning of the academic session.
  • Question papers are prepared strictly according to the approved syllabus, examination scheme, and blueprints to ensure fairness and uniformity.
  • Continuous internal evaluation is conducted through tests, assignments, practical and viva as per prescribed norms, and marks are displayed transparently.
  • Strict confidentiality is maintained during question paper preparation, printing, storage, and distribution.
  • Orientation sessions are conducted to familiarize students with examination procedures, evaluation methods, and grievance mechanisms.
4. Library Policy:
  • Library Rules & RegulationsDisplayed on the library notice board and institute website.
  • Clearly mention timings, issue/return rules, fines, and discipline norms.
  • Transparent and documented procedure for purchase of books and journals.
  • Properly maintained and updated accession register.
  • Subject-wise list of books and number of copies available.
  • List of national/international journals subscribed.
  • Access details for e-journals, e-books, and databases displayed.
  • Transparent cataloguing through library management software.
  • Proper issue/return records maintained (manual or digital).
  • Annual stock verification conducted.
5. Extracurricular Policy:
  • All cultural events shall be conducted only after obtaining written approval from the Principal / Secretary & President of institution
  • The purpose, theme, and expected outcomes of the cultural event shall be clearly mentioned in the proposal.
  • Participation shall be open to all eligible students without discrimination, based on predefined criteria.
  • Estimated budget, sources of funds (institutional support / student contribution / sponsorship), and expenditure details shall be clearly declared.
  • Any grievance related to the cultural event shall be addressed through the institute's grievance redressal mechanism.
  • Proper documentation including attendance, photographs, videos, reports, and feedback shall be maintained.
