A session on “Hands on Workshop on 3D Printing in Pharmaceutical Sciences” was conducted by department of Pharmaceutics for students on 27th March 2026 at Dr. Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur, in association with Thincr Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.
The session began with the introduction of the resource person, which was delivered by Dr. R. R. Thenge.
The expert session was conducted by Dr. Shitalkumar Zambad, CEO of Thincr Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., who provided insights into the fundamentals and applications of 3D printing technology in pharmaceutical sciences. The session focused on emerging trends, including its role in drug delivery systems and advanced manufacturing.
Students actively participated in the session and gained valuable knowledge about the practical and industrial relevance of 3D printing.
The session was informative and successfully enhanced students’ understanding of modern pharmaceutical technologies.
