Dr. Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur successfully organized a Pool Campus Recruitment Drive in collaboration with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited at the college campus. The event was conducted under the inspiration of Hon'ble President of the Trust Shri. Yogendraji Gode, Hon'ble Secretary Miss.Tanvi Gode, and under the guidance of Principal Dr. Prashant Deshmukh and Academic Dean Dr. Vaibhav Adhao. The recruitment drive was held on 07 July 2026 for D. Pharm and B. Pharm (2025 & 2026 pass-out) students for the Production Department at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. A total of 125 students from Dr. Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur and 17 other pharmacy colleges across Maharashtra participated in the recruitment process. The participating institutes included Gawande College of Pharmacy, Sakharkherda; SGSPS Institute of Pharmacy, Akola; Smt. Sharadchandrika Suresh Patil College of Pharmacy, Sakoli; Shraddha Institute of Pharmacy, Washim; SSSIOP, Dhamangaon (Rly); SSSIOP, Lonere (Raigad); H.L.M.C. College of Pharmacy, Faizpur; Dr. Rajendra Gode Institute of Pharmacy, Amravati; Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana; Ganga Mai College of Pharmacy, Dhule; Geeta Devi Khandelwal Institute of Pharmacy, Akola; Samarth College of Pharmacy, Deulgaon Raja; Vidyaniketan College of Pharmacy, Anjangaon Surji; Dr. R. N. Lahoti Institute of Pharmacy, Sultanpur; SSIOP, Bota (Ahilyanagar); and Anuradha Group of Pharmacy, Chikhali. Out of the 125 participating students, 38 candidates were successfully selected, including 17 students from Dr. Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur. The selection process comprised Screening of CV, Aptitude Test, HR Interview, and Technical Interview, conducted by the Glenmark recruitment team led by Mr. Vithal Hebbalkar (HR Manager) and Mr. Rajesh Mhaske (Senior Manager – Manufacturing), who evaluated the candidates' technical knowledge, aptitude, and communication skills. The event was meticulously organized by the Training and Placement Cell of the college. Prof. K. S. Gayakwad coordinated registration and documentation, Dr. R. R. Popat and Prof. A. M. Rathi managed overall arrangements, Prof. M. V. Kshirsagar supervised the stage and auditorium arrangements, while Prof. A. M. Kudke, Prof. V. N. Ghait provided operational support and Dr. R. R. Popat provided overall coordination and throughout the event. Their dedicated efforts ensured the smooth and successful execution of the recruitment drive. The Pool Campus Recruitment Drive provided an excellent platform for students to interact with industry professionals, showcase their technical and communication skills, and secure promising career opportunities.
