Dr. Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur successfully organized a Pool Campus Recruitment Drive in collaboration with Advantmed India LLP at the college campus. The event was conducted under the inspiration of Hon'ble President of the Trust Shri. Yogendraji Gode, Hon'ble Secretary Ms. Tanvi Gode, and under the guidance of Principal Dr. Prashant Deshmukh and Academic Dean Dr. Vaibhav Adhao.
The recruitment drive was held on 25–26 July 2026 for B. Pharm and M. Pharma and Pharm. D (2025 & 2026 pass-out) students for the position of Medical Coder at Advantmed India LLP. A total of 378 students registered for the recruitment drive, out of which 249 students participated in the technical test round first process and 121 are eligible for Personal interview round. The participating candidates represented Dr. Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur and across Maharashtra pharmacy institutions, making the event a successful pool campus recruitment.
The selection process comprised a Technical Assessment, English Assessment, Technical Interview, and HR Interview, conducted by the recruitment team of Advantmed India LLP to evaluate the candidates technical knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability for the Medical Coder role. Finally, 29 candidates were successfully selected as Medical Coders at Advantmed India LLP. from various pharmacy colleges across Maharashtra, highlighting the success of the pool campus recruitment initiative.
The recruitment drive was efficiently coordinated by the Training and Placement Cell under the leadership of Dr. R. R. Popat, with valuable support from faculty members, M. Pharm Volenteers and non-teaching staff. The event concluded with the declaration of results, felicitation of the Advantmed India LLP recruitment team, and a formal vote of thanks. Their dedicated efforts ensured the smooth execution of registration, assessments, interviews, and all other recruitment activities. The Pool Campus Recruitment Drive provided an excellent platform for pharmacy graduates to interact with industry professionals and secure promising career opportunities. The initiative further strengthened industry institute collaboration and enhanced the employability of pharmacy graduates, reflecting the institute's commitment to professional excellence and career development.
