Successful Execution of Pool Campus Placement Drive at DRGCOPM

The Pool Campus Recruitment Drive organized by the Training and Placement Cell of Dr. Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur, in collaboration with One Asia Network India Pvt. Ltd., Khamgaon, was successfully conducted on 17 March 2026. The event was held under the inspiration and guidance of Hon. Shri Yogendraji Gode Sir, President, and Miss Tanvi Gode Ma’am, Secretary of IBSS, Buldana, with valuable support from Principal Dr. P. K. Deshmukh and IQAC Head Dr. V. S. Adhao.

The program commenced with a warm welcome and ceremonial lamp lighting, followed by the felicitation of distinguished guests including Mr. Balasaheb Mukhekar (QA Head), Mr. Vikas Gokhe (HR), and Mr. Ketan Ingle (IT). An orientation session provided insights into the company profile, work culture, and career opportunities.

The drive witnessed active participation from final-year and pass-out students of D. Pharmacy, B. Pharmacy, and M. Pharmacy from across the region. The recruitment process included an aptitude test, technical interview, and HR interview. Opportunities were offered in Research & Development, Production, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control, with more than 30 positions available and a package of 2.4 LPA CTC.

The program was coordinated by the Training and Placement Cell and effectively anchored by Prof. M. V. Kshirsagar. The sincere efforts of the Training and Placement Cell members, Heads of Departments, Diploma faculty, and all DRGCOPM members contributed significantly to the smooth execution of the event. Prof. R. R. Popat, Prof. A. M. Rathi, Prof. A. M. Kudke, Prof. K. S. Gayakwad, Prof. V. N. Ghait, along with all HODs and faculty members, played a vital role in ensuring the overall success of the recruitment drive.
